- Fix APIBuilder usage: .typeSchema({ treeShake })
- Fix typo (?) in logic-promotion.ts: "nested" to "fields" for NestedType
- Enable promoteLogical for Python/C# tests, convert it.todo to snapshots
- Add Patient snapshot tests for local-package
